POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Recruiter will provide field and store management candidate attraction, engagement, and acquisition to ensure our stores continue to deliver most amazing personal service to our customers. Additionally, this individual will serve as the expert for all activities related to candidate engagement and provide training to field leaders as needed to ensure they have the appropriate resources to ensure fully staffed stores and systems support.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides recruiting support to DSM for Store Manager recruiting.
• Develop and implement pipelining/attraction strategies by region, level, or brand as needed.
• Partner with Boutique experience team on assets to support various hiring campaigns.
• Support seasonal hiring initiatives as needed.
• Support manual updates in Dayforce for field re-alignments, DSM changes, GSM moves, etc.
• Audit applicant/candidate experience to ensure leaders are dispositioning candidates in a timely basis.
• Provide monthly trainings to support attraction and retention efforts.
• Explore other tools, resources to support a nationwide talent pipeline at all levels.
• Test and learn initiatives to drive applicant flow in key markets.
• Proactively source potential candidates through including social channels, networking, and employee referrals for field leadership roles (DSM and above).
• Provide most amazing personal service throughout the management and recruitment of open positions, including sourcing, interviewing and selection of candidates.
• Maximize available tools including LinkedIn, Avature, Dayforce, etc. throughout the recruiting process to enable accurate reporting and metrics; stay abreast of new tools available to support high volume recruiting efforts.
• Identify and make recommendations for process improvement within the team and HR department.
• Travel as needed to support critical hiring needs in market, along with in person training and local recruiting support.
• Participate in regular DSM calls, Field SLT meetings to serve as the voice of recruiting, field questions, and stay abreast of key initiatives that could require additional recruiting support.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 3+ years recruiting experience in a high volume, distributed hourly workforce environment i.e. retail, QSR, hospitality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; effective marketer
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong solution orientation and comfortable working in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple searches and deliver a high level of service to an internal client group
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively against multiple responsibilities
• Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Must be Social recruiting/recruitment marketing savvy and have an interest in fashion/design
• Ability to travel as needed
