As part of our mission to engage with new talent, we offer a variety of hands-on learning experiences, leadership development opportunities and real-world exposure to the business of fashion. Many interns return to Chico's FAS upon graduation for full-time careers.
At Chico’s FAS, you are more than just an Intern; this isn’t your average coffee and copies summer job. We view our Campus partnerships, internships, and Co-Op programs as an integral part of the future. You will hit the ground running with extensive on-the-job learning in a diverse and inclusive environment built on our Values & Guiding Principles. We empower our Interns to take control of their experience.
You will have access to an On-Site Fitness Center, Food Truck Days, Car Washing Service, Dry Cleaning, and Health Center. We also ensure our interns have a great experience outside of work with group outings, volunteering/community involvement opportunities, and networking opportunities. And with a less than 15-minute drive to one of the country's best beaches, you’ll be able to soak up the sun all year long.
I’ve spent my career here at Chico’s FAS and I’ve been grateful for my path that was not always straight. I started in Merchandising and then shifted into Product Development. I’m now a Senior Designer for the Chico’s brand and without those first steps in my journey, I would not have been able to grow in my current role. My Journey couldn’t have happened without the company’s focus on internal professional growth.

My time at Chico’s FAS has been incredibly valuable for my growth as a merchant. During my time, I have gained experience through managing a variety of product categories and managing dynamic cross functional teams. I love working in merchandising because every day is different and presents new opportunities! The merch team collaborates with so many different teams to deliver product strategies that resonate with our customers. Merchandising is a great balance between being creative and product obsessed, and using analytical skills to build strategies. I really feel the impact I have on the company.

Our beautiful campus is one of my favorite parts of working for Chico’s FAS. I love taking walks from building to building, enjoying the Florida scenery as well as taking advantage of our great amenities. It is so convenient to walk over to the gym after work as well as meeting up with co-workers weekly at the campus coffee truck or Metro café.

At Chico’s FAS, our goal is to provide students with real-world experiences where they can utilize and enhance their classroom learnings. Students will have the opportunity for immersive hands-on learning and experience at our corporate retail office in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida.
