POSITION OBJECTIVE
This position is responsible for assisting the Color Team in executing the activities of the Color Center and its function for the company through structure, process, and procedure that will elevate the brand integrity.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in setting color standards of execution with Suppliers.

• Assists in color analysis, providing comments and communication with Suppliers on solid and print/pattern color submissions.

• Uses Envision software Color analysis, to create fabric and garment images.

• Assists in daily entering of color comments in Excel, Flex PLM and WebPDM.

• Assists with Spectrophotometer readings on physical submissions as needed.

• Assists with special projects for the Color Team.

• Communicates daily with Internal and External partners to promote cross functional partnerships.

• Assists with the palette and color standard development process.

• Assists as the back-up for Color Team Members during PTO or traveling for business.

• Stays abreast of new color technology for application.
This position may be found in multiple departments. Some duties may vary.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree required

• 1+ year in retail industry with solid experience in color analysis development with a good eye for color preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills

• Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the business and ability to work effectively as a team player

• Computer literate in Microsoft office programs
