Senior Associate, Technical Support

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Sr. Associate, Technical Support position is responsible for supporting and providing MAPS to stores across all Chico's FAS brands via telephone and self-service tickets. This position provides support via inbound and outbound calls regarding software, hardware, phones, procedural questions, and network connectivity for all stores. This position will manage escalations, investigations or follow up of problems with stores for reported issues. Provide peer support though training, communication, mentoring and collaborates in team meetings.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Demonstrates and upholds company guiding principles and values.

* Upholds company policy and procedures.

* Accepts and manages calls and self-service tickets from stores.

* Responsible for effectively managing/investigating escalations through resolution

* Occasionally provides work order reporting regarding top issues.

* Completes scheduled satellite and primary register installations

* Assists peers with basic functional troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues from stores.

* Provides and supports on-going learning/training support to Associates (Tier 1).

* Attends and actively participates in meetings with cross functional team and business partners

* Serves as knowledgeable point of contact and escalation support regarding store technology systems/applications

* Highly knowledgeable in most operational applications available via back office system, (scheduling, applicant tracking system, ADP supported applications, etc.)

* Perform special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School diploma or equivalent

* 1+ year experience of Help Desk experience, or 2+ years of proven experience troubleshooting hardware and software.

* At least 6 months in the Technical Store Support Associate Role

* Strong problem solving skills.

* Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as internal Systems such as RAdmin, TrakIT and MARS.

* Ability to work flex schedule to meet business needs, including nights and weekends.

* Excellent detail orientation, with the ability to accurately complete documentation.

* Capability to multi-task efficiency and adapt to changing conditions.

* Ability to work in a team environment and, manage regular duties with minimal supervision

* Strong written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

* Proven track record of customer focused activity and consistently providing MAPS.
