This position is responsible for facilitating superior execution of brand standards, visual merchandising and presentation strategies to positively impact overall business results; this objective will be achieved through the collective partnership and alignment with the Sales Directors, Regional Managers, and District Managers.


  • Conducts effective store visits in partnership with the Sales Directors, RM/DMs, building visual. merchandising and presentation capabilities; reinforcing the execution of brand standards and omni experience.
  • Leads visual merchandising training workshops with Sales Directors, RM/DM and store managers on floor-set translation, execution and visual standards.
  • Communicates globally on real-time visual merchandising solves and enhancements-based store specific challenges like inventory, store type, architecture, etc.
  • Reacts to product performance opportunity with supplemental global direction to improve sales results.
  • Performs as liaison between home office and field teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Provides 360-degree feedback, creative solutions and ideas on visual merchandising to/from field and NSSC.
  • Partners with Visual Merchandising, Sales Directors, RM/DM on maximizing business opportunities on a store by store basis and looks for larger local, regional and global implications.
  • Ensures accountability at Sales Director, RM/DM level through alignment on visual merchandising objectives.
  • Works collaboratively with the home office visual team.
  • Provides essential global feedback from the field to influence future directives.
  • Supports all visual merchandising aspects of new store openings as needed.
  • Infuses product knowledge and styling expertise into the culture of the stores.
  • Communicates product issues and provides weekly product selling feedback to HQ team.
  • Values individuality and the diverse talents of their team. Leads the team by communicatingexpectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the team to be their best.


  • 4-Year College Degree Required
  • 5+ years Visual Merchandising experience; Previous experience managing multiple stores or region preferred
  • Willing to travel extensively 80%
  • This position may work remotely
  • Strong ability to train and motivate others with a high drive for results
  • Excellent written and verbal communications; comfortable communicating with all levels of management in field and home office
  • Basic Computer Skills required
  • Team player: willing to support peers to achieve team results
  • Extremely creative: detail oriented with high standards of execution
  • Self-motivated
