POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position will develop, maintain and distribute communication. This role supports the development and execution of Marketing Campaigns, Marketing initiatives and programs ensuring the highest level of communication for ease of execution.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Partners closely with Store Operations/Communications and field leadership to coordinate and develop the communication and logistics of Marketing Campaign initiatives and events.
•Assists in development of cross-functional communication tools and manages weekly updates, campaign planning documents and project timelines.
•Maintains and updates the annual marketing calendar; provides recaps for key meetings.
•Is liaison between visual, creative and marketing teams to develop needs by floor set, maintains and communicates timelines for creative assets and ensure timely delivery of all in-store marketing deliverables.
•Supports the goals of the Marketing and Creative team by performing ad hoc duties as assigned.
•Communicates all marketing campaigns and events with the legal team.
•Maintains organizational systems and historical data for documentation of marketing initiatives.
•Maintains, executes and communicates all mall marketing campaigns.
•Develops and communicates all Boutique outreach programs.
•Executes the brand Loyalty program working closely with the marketing manager and the loyalty vendor.
•Is liaison between brand marketing and television media agency.
•Maintains the brand marketing hindsight by campaign.
•Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•BA/BS degree in marketing or related field required
•3+ years of Marketing experience strongly preferred
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail
•Strong written and verbal communications
•Ability to think strategically
•Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
•Solid interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to interact with a diverse team of people, including all levels of leadership, remote teams and agencies
•Must be a highly organized multi-tasker with a proven time management/prioritization track record
