POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position spearheads the marketing operations function, leading a high-performing team and overseeing the strategic execution of marketing initiatives for all Chico’s FAS brands. This role is pivotal in optimizing marketing processes and ensuring cross-functional alignment to drive substantial growth and operational excellence.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborates closely with the CMO and Marketing Leadership to formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that advance organizational objectives.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

• Designs, implements, and continuously improves marketing processes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

• Develops and maintains marketing operations best practices, including campaign management, process implementation and change management.

• Continuously identifies process enhancement opportunities and areas of opportunity to foster an environment of collaboration across the organization.

• Communicates marketing timelines, strategies, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Act as a primary liaison between the marketing team and external vendors or partners.

• Cultivates strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive support for marketing initiatives.

• Partners with the Business Implementation team to seamlessly incorporate GTM Timeline milestones and activity into the PLC process; as well as the CMO/Finance to ensure the marketing budget is adhered to.

• Provides leadership and mentorship to the Marketing Operations team

• Values individuality and the diverse talents of their team. Leads the team by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the team to be their best.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of leadership in a specialty retail environment

• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights

• Strong project management acumen and experience in process optimization

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
